Expanding on his success in arm protection with his Gott 'Cool Sleeves', Allan Gott applied this material to hand protection. Introducing, the Gott 'Cool Sleeve' Glove!
Other fabrics, such as Kevlar, rely on a layer of an insulation material (such as wool or cotton) to keep the heat from your hands. This produces a bulky glove. Instead, these 'Cool Sleeve' gloves use an aramid fabric which is much more effective at heat attenuation than other fabrics. By being better able to reflect away the heat, we can offer a much more effective, light weight, flexible glove. The fabric is very durable, and can withstand many washings.
These are available as both fingered and fingerless gloves. The fingerless gloves are sold per pair, and the fingered gloves are sold individually. Since the fingered gloves have a leather patch sewn onto the palm (offering superior abrasion resistance), you must specify whether you want a left or right hand glove.
Please specify left or right hand (for fingered gloves) and sizes: Small (for a 8" palm circumference) or Standard (for a 9" palm circumference).
