Designed by Wil Menzies, and manufacturered by Scott Griffin, the Menzies Paddles are the finest paddles available for the lampworking artist. Scott starts off with high density, isostatic graphite. Then, the handle is attached to the edge of the graphite, making the entire surface of the paddle available to the artist. Finally, these are finished off with hardwood handles and brass counterweights.

Building on the Pro Paddle design, Wil created the Ultimate Paddle. First, he 'softened' the edges to provide a marver surface that will not cut lines into your work. Then, he added a V notch to one edge. This can be used as a punty or blowtube rest, and can also be used for shaping marbles and paperweights. Truely, this is the Ultimate paddle!
